BBI Brew is an intimate coffee experience built around single-origin Koraput beans, guided brewing, and the kind of conversation that rarely finds room in a busy week. Led by a certified barista, the morning begins with a considered tasting of the bean—its character, aroma, origin, and the nuances that emerge through different brewing techniques. Guests will be introduced to the craft of pour-over brewing before settling into a conversation around a deceptively simple question: what is something you learned to appreciate slowly?
